We have had some customers complain about unknown extra UPS shipping costs.
UPS - International Shipping - Insured, Trackable Delivery virtually anywhere in the world in 3-5 business days after product ships.
BUT .... Tapeworks is not responsible for any import customs fees that you may incur. We STRONGLY suggest that you call your local UPS office and verify how much, if any, will be the additional import customs duties or fees with UPS prior to placing any order. UPS may require a tax I.D. from you in order for the package to clear customs. To expedite this you may want to call your local UPS office and tell them you are going to be ordering some products from the United States, valued at $$$$ amount, and you want to know how much the import duties or fees will be so there are no surprises!!

NOTE: Orders normally take 2-5 business days to produce and then ship (excludes business closing dates and weekends) from the day you place your order. Example: If you order on a Wednesday and choose 2nd Day Air shipping, you will not get it that Friday because it takes 2-5 business days to process and produce the order BEFORE it gets shipped.
