BIBB 3L Filler

We invented our own device for filling a wine bag to exactly 3 liters. This is important because our GeneriBox 3L is designed to hold a 3-liter wine bag firmly for shipping UPS, FedEx or DHL. If you underfill, the bag will slosh and jerk around. If you overfill, the GeneriBox will not fit easily into the WineSleeve. You also want to give your customer an honest 3 liters.

The BIBB 3L Filler serves 3 functions: 1) it holds the bag firmly, 2) it fills the bag (it comes with a filler spout and 1/2" in-line stopcock), 3) once filled, it manually plunges and locks the dispensing spigot firmly into the bag fill spout using a built-in lever. The clear acrylic restrictor cover prevents the bag from overfilling. The BIBB 3 L Filler can be used with gravity flow or with a pump. It requires 1/2" tubing.

Made of sanitary HDPE, acrylic and stainless steel fasteners. For more accurate measuring it can be used with a scale or with a peristaltic measured flow pump.
