Monte Carlo White Wine

"Monte Carlo" White Wine is a blend of Pinot Noir blush and white grapes from our own Gravel Mine Vineyard test plot planted in 1980, supplemented with a bit of Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling from Yakima that balances the bright acidity of the Clark County grapes. The wine is beautifully balanced, with a variety of fruit aromas and flavors from the 6 grape varieties. Dry, crisp and tart, slightly pink in color from the Pinot Noir and superb with lighter meats, fish, vegetables, fruits and cheeses.
