3 L BIBB 2003 Lauren Ridge Gravel Mine Pinot Noir: Fantastic fruit! Lots of strawberries and ripe, red cherries balanced by good, fresh acidity and light tannins. Family members said "Wow, Fantastic, Incredible" when they first tasted the 2003 Gravel Mine Vineyards Pinot Noir. This wine is the result of a wonderful vintage and our first wine totally vinted using our "Big Bag" fermentation process, allowing us to ferment for 6 weeks on the skins for maximum extraction of flavor and color from the skins. We think it is our best wine yet, and a fantastic value at any price. (3 liters = 4 bottles).
