Residents of WASHINGTON state are REQUIRED by law to supply a Department of Agriculture Applicator's License Number with an Aquatic Endorsement prior to puchase.
Many states may have permit requirements to apply these materials as well. These permits are designed to protect the environment and are generally required when the treatment is to take place in a large multi use lake system. While many private ponds may be exempt from permits, the user should contact their state's environmental agency to determine if permits are necessary. |
