WARRANTY COVERAGE

Desert Equestrian, Inc. warrants that its animal grooming brushes, when purchased from an authorized Desert Equestrian retailer, shall be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Desert Equestrian will, without charge to the consumer, replace any animal grooming brush that is defective or becomes defective during normal use within the 90 day period. Desert Equestrian does not warrant its animal grooming brushes against damage caused by third parties or misuse. This warranty does not cover nicks or scratches to wood block handles, cosmetic blemishes in finish or other normal wear and tear. To obtain warranty service return the animal grooming brush to the Desert Equestrian authorized retailer from which the brush was purchased. Altering a Desert Equestrian animal grooming brush in any way voids this warranty and may expose both the user and animal to unknown risks.

This warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties. Desert Equestrian disclaims all warranties for products that are purchased from sellers other than authorized retailers and distributors, including the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Desert Equestrian also disclaims any implied warranty, including the warranty of merchantability or the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, and assumes no responsibility for any special, incidental, or consequential damages as to all products. Desert Equestrian further disclaims any implied or express warranty of, and assumes no responsibility for, defects in workmanship caused by third parties. This warranty gives the consumer specific legal rights; a consumer may have other rights depending upon where he or she lives. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of limitation of special, incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long a warranty lasts, so the above exclusion and limitations may not apply to everyone. Outside of the United States of America, local taxes, tariffs, or shipping charges may apply.
