Q. Can you tell me about Option B?
A. Option B, located in Solana Beach California, is a clothing and apparel company that specializes in the design, development, manufacturing and distribution of quality, branded clothing. The philosophy of Option B is that each school has a unique identity and mission. By listening to the school community, Option B is committed to creating apparel tailored to the particular needs of each school.
Q. How long will it take before I receive my order?
A. General delivery takes between 3-6 days. All orders are shipped from Santa Fe Springs, CA.
Q. What are shipping cost? SHIPPING RATES. (for Regular ground shipping)
$0.00 - $99.00 shipping is $6.95
$100.00- $199.99 shipping is $12.95
$200.00 and up shipping is $18.95
**There is an added cost to the above shipping when choosing express shipping. Express shipping is business days only they do not delivery on Saturdays.
Q. Does Option B have a physical store?
A. No. Being an online Business allows ours customers to shop at their own convenience saving time and money by eliminating the need to travel to a location.
B. Option B holds a business model as an online company within which we attempt to communicate with our customers primarily via the internet. All Customers are responded to by email within a 24 hour period. When we do receive an email from a customer needing specific attention we are able to call them if necessary and deal with their issue immediately.
Q. Wear can my child try uniform sizes on?
A. There are try on days held at each school. Try on days may be anywhere from May through August. Please check with your school for dates and times.
Q. Is online purchasing safe?
A. Yes. Option B has a secure retail website.
Q. What is my student allowed to wear?
A. If you have a question regarding what your student is or is not allowed to wear, please contact the school for specific uniform policies.
Q. What if I get shipped the wrong size or color?
