Return Policy -- While our fulfillment company takes great care with your order, mistakes may happen. We are dedicated to making sure you receive the correct items. If you’ve received a damaged or mis-packaged item, please contact us at info@optionb.net so that we can see to it that you are sent the correct one.

If you’ve ordered a uniform piece and found that it does not fit, you can return it for exchange or refund. Our return policy is such that we will accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise within 90 days of receipt by you. After 90 days, we will issue a store credit.
We recommend all product be tried on as soon as possible after receipt, while the shipping paperwork and packaging is close at hand.

Many find the fastest option is to return the wrong item (with a return form indicating what is being sent back) for a refund and to reorder the appropriate size online. If you don’t mind the wait, however, you may return your items for exchange by following the below instructions:

 

Return an Item for Exchange -- If you need to return an item, click the blue “return” tab up at the top of the page. This will provide you with a form to fill out. This form may either be completed on line and printed out or printed out and completed by hand. In addition, this also provides you with a handy address label for the package. This label can be used regardless of the shipping method.

All you have to do is:

• 1. Complete the form
  
• 2. Make a note of the item – size – and color you’d like in exchange for the returning item (under "reason for return.")
  
• 3. Put the form and the return merchandise (in original poly bag) in the package of your choice
  
• 4. Put the Merchandise Return Label on the box covering the original label
  
• 5. Take it to your nearest post office or other carrier office.
