Return Policy -- 
While our fulfillment company takes great care with your order, mistakes may happen. We are dedicated to making sure you receive the correct items.

If you’ve received a damaged or mis-packaged item, please contact us at info@optionb.net so that we can see to it that you are sent the correct item. 

Our return/exchange policy - is such that we will accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise within 90 days of receipt by you. 

We recommend all merchandise be tried on as soon as possible after receipt, while the shipping paperwork and packaging is close at hand. 

If you’ve ordered a uniform piece and found that it does not fit, you can return it for exchange or refund within the 90 day return policy. 

The fastest method for exchange is to reorder the appropriate size online. Then return the incorrect item/size for a refund (credit back to credit card) by “Requesting a Return” see steps below. 

If you don't need the item right away, you may return your item for exchange. Please allow 2 – 3 weeks for the exchange or refund to be processed. This timeline may be extended during the months of July, August and September. 

If you would like us to be notified that you sent us a return: 
Please Process Your Returns/Exchanges through your web store account. Follow steps 1-7. 

Otherwise fill out the paperwork that came in your package and follow steps 5-7.

Please follow these steps: for Refund and Exchange 

1. Once you are in your web store Click on “My Account.” Sign in to your account under “Returning customer” 

2. Click on “Request a Return.” Fill in the item number and quantity you are returning then click “Add.” Confirm item numbers, size, quantity and description of items you are returning. 

3. Enter your PO# from the packing list into the PO section.  Fill out “Reason for the Return” Section. In the Reason for Return you may request an exchange for another size if not already re-ordered. The exchange will be processed when we receive the paperwork from the returned package. 

4. Click “Submit and Print.” 

5. Enclose in your return package the Printed out return request (RA Form) from steps 2 and 3.  Or fill out return form that came in your original shipment and enclose.  Include your item in its ploy bag. Keep a copy of your form for your records.

6. Cut and Tape the Address Label portion of the instructions that came in your package on to the returning package covering the original label.  

Or ship to: St. George Distribution, Attn: Option B Returns, 13300 Carmenita Rd., Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670. 

7. Ship your package using your preferred shipper: Fed Ex, UPS center or Post Office. Please keep any tracking numbers for your reference. You are responsible for the package until it arrives at our warehouse.
