VOLUNTEER PURCHASE INFO:
- Volunteer registration is a two step process: (1) payment followed by (2) completion of the application. Make note of payment confirmation number for entry in the appropriate field of the online application form. Your online application will not be accepted without it. After completing your online payment, you must RETURN TO THE ONLINE VOLUNTEER APPLICATION to complete the process using your payment verification.
- DO NOT COMBINE VOLUNTEER PAYMENT(S) WITH ANY OTHER PURCHASE (ie pay for camping/extra tickets in separate order). Volunteer payment(s) must be processed separately in order to obtain unique confirmation number for online volunteer application/registration.
- You may make more than one volunteer payment per order; however, each must be a separate line item (ie quantity = 1 for each volunteer). You will be required to enter name and age of each volunteer.
- THE HANDLING FEE WILL BE REMOVED: The Box Office shopping cart automatically calculates a handling fee of 6%, with a minimum charge of $6, on all orders. When you process an online payment, we are simply “pre-authorizing” the charge to your card. The handling fee will be subtracted before the volunteer fee is charged to your card.
- The Administration Office in San Jose processes volunteer applications.
- Online payment for volunteer fee processed by The Box Office. Payment records will be forwarded to the Administration Office. Volunteer fees paid by mail will continue to be processed by the Administration Office.
