2 Gallon Primer-Sealer Concentrate

StencilCoat Primer-Sealer Concentrate is a specially formulated water-based blend of acrylic polymers.


As a Primer
Provides a penetrating, bonding lock onto both Asphalt and Concrete substrates. Mix concentrate one to one with water for the best results.
Coverage can vary depending on the porosity of the surface, but a coverage rate of 200 to 300 sq ft per mixed gallon is average. A two gallon pail covers an average of 1,000 sq ft as a primer.



As a Sealer
Provides both a stain-resistant surface seal and a durable low-sheen finish. This product allows moisture vapor transmission and is not affected by ultra-violet light. When using this sealer additional surface strength will be added to the coating system. Mix one part concentrate to two parts water for best results. A coverage rate of 250 to 300 sq ft per mixed gallon is average. A two gallon pail covers an average of 1,500 sq ft when used as a sealer.
