What do I need to be aware of regarding liability?

Dealers accept sole liability for any injury, loss or damage to their persons or property while attending Iacon One.

Dealers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Stasis Lock Group, the Grand Wayne Center, and the Hilton Fort Wayne from any and all damages or costs arising from their activities related to Iacon One.

Obtaining insurance to cover dealer property while attending Iacon One, if so desired, is the sole responsibility of individual dealers.

Any dispute between dealers and the Stasis Lock Group shall be brought before federal or state court in the State of Indiana.
