Do I need to charge sales tax?

Dealers are responsible for obtaining any licenses, etc. required by law to conduct business at Iacon One, and paying all taxes and/or fees related to said business.

Indiana law currently imposes a 6% sales tax on merchandise sales within the state. Dealers must provide The Stasis Lock Group with a copy of their Indiana sales tax license. You can obtain this from the Indiana Dept. of Revenue by filling out a BT-1 form - you can get the form or apply online here.

If you intend to purchase event souvenir merchandise for resale purposes, you will need to provide The Stasis Lock Group with a copy of your Tax Identification Number and/or a Resale certificate.
