I registered, but I can't come to Iacon One.. what do I do?
You have several options:
Transfer your registration to someone else.
Designate another attendee who will be picking up your pre-registration items for you. This requires prior notification by you, or the person who will pick up your materials will need a signed letter from you stating your intent.
Convert your registration to a non-attendee package. We will change your order amount accordingly and issue a partial refund if necessary.
As a last resort, cancel your registration (through June 17.) However, due to administrative costs, there will be a $25 cancellation fee if you choose this option. So your best value is to make other arrangements!
