Repairs

MindPlace products come with a one year warranty. In warranty repairs require that you register your product. Click on the support tab above to register online.
Warranty Repairs

• On the email form below please let us know what the problem is. Be sure to enter your email address.
  
• If we determine that your unit is broken, you will need to send it to our engineer - see address below. Be sure to include return address and a note with a description of the problem.
  
• We will repair and return the unit to you via UPS ground at no cost to you.

Out of Warranty Repairs

• Out of warranty systems that have not been physically damaged we will repair for $40.00 including return shipping.
  
• Physically damaged consoles we can replace for $60
  
• We cannot repair LightFrames.
  
• If we determine that your unit is broken, you will need to send it to our engineer - see address below. Be sure to include return address and a note with a description of the problem, and a check or credit card number and expiration date.
  
• We will repair and return the unit to you via UPS ground.
