| BAHAMAS OPEN WATER CAMP

This camp will teach the art of swimming comfortably, confidently and effectively in open water. The entire camp will be conducted in warm, beautiful, tropical waters around Cape Eleuthera in the Bahamas. We will combine instruction in technique and tactics – drafting, sighting, navigating, breathing – with relaxed-pace group swims of one mile or more each day. We will do our instructional swims in shallow, calm bays. We will be accompanied by kayakers on our group swims, which will follow the shoreline in waters ideal for distance swimming.
