Customer authorizes Skin Authority to bill and ship items at the refill intervals specified - either 60, 90, or 120 days. Customer may accelerate, delay, or cancel Convenient Home Delivery at any time with at least 15 days notice prior to any shipment. Notice may be provided by phone, mail, or email. Once a shipment is made, it cannot be returned. First delivery will occur approximately the number of days specified after the date of the initial order. Subsequent deliveries are made at the intervals specified.

All charges are made at the time of shipment, and not before. There is no additional charge for Convenient Home Delivery. Customers participating in Convenient Home Delivery are enrolled automatically into the complimentary Skin Health Club.

Customer understand the information provided by Skin Authority does not replace the need to consult your physician, surgeon, or skin care professional before using any skin care treatment. You understand that you must notify your physician, surgeon, or skin care professional immediately of any significant reaction to treatments and/or products. Skin Authority may change the terms of the Program from time to time to better serve its clients.
