SMT Resource Certified: Preventive maintenance completed including CAM Box maintenance that will consist of evaluation or replacement of the springs, air cylinders, solenoids, belts, and an oil change. In addition, the turret clutches, placement shafts and nozzle holders are inspected and repaired as needed. The X-Y table is verified level and parallel to the machine. PCB carrier system is inspected and repaired as necessary. All calibrations are verified and updated if required. PAM (Placement Accuracy Measurement) tests are preformed on the systems to ensure the machine meets OEM specifications. Full certification report will be provided.
