Question: How do I return an item?

Answer: Please call for a RMA, or use your online account to request one. Customers may return unused notebooks within 30 days from receipt with no product restocking charges. You may return customize books. Any questions please call 1-800-537-3028.

Question: When will my order ship?

Answer: Orders received by 11 am EST, generally ship out that day. Orders received after 11, are shipped the following day. Orders with serial numbers embossed on every page can take a week to ship. If you need partial shipment on orders with serial number pages, call 1-800-537-3028.

Question: How do i pay my Invoice?

Answer: To pay by credit card, log in to your account online at www.snco.com. You may also call us at 1-800-537-3028 and ask for Accounts Receivable. You may also email us at bgallup@snco.com or fax the information to 269-429-2105. Wire transfer payments are also accepted. Please see our bank information at the bottom of this page. When sending your check, please write the invoice number and amount paid in the memo section. You may mail your check to:
