You may return most products sold by Port Networks within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, less a $10 restocking charge. We'll also pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
Before returning anything to Port Networks, please call Customer Service at (410) 637-3707 or email service@portnetworks.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Your RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside packaging of your return, and your return must be packaged appropriately to protect the contents.
