| The Marine Ethernet Switch and Power-over-Ethernet Injector simplifies on-board networking by connecting a Marine Wireless Bridge, a Marine Access Point, and up to three computers (or other Ethernet devices) while also providing power to the MWB and MAP. This eliminates the need for separate POE injectors for the MWB and MAP. Unlike consumer-grade switches, the MES offers full Gigabit (1000Mbps) switching inside a NEMA-6 rated weatherproof enclosure. Each port on the MES features a watertight, quick-disconnect RJ-45 connector to protect against corrosion in a marine environment. To our knowledge, this is the only product of its kind in the world. |
| The MES includes a 3 meter (10') 12V DC power cable with a removable lighter-style plug, for connecting the unit to an outlet or circuit breaker. To complete your system, please add a marine Ethernet cable for each device you'll be connecting. |
