Phone toll-free (1-800-282-8338 x100) from 7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. (Pacific Time) Monday through Friday. At other times you may leave a voicemail message which will be returned as soon as possible.
Most orders received by 2:30 p.m. Pacific time will be shipped the same day. If you need to be sure that an item will ship the same day please call 1-800-282-8338. Orders placed after hours or on holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day after receipt.
If you need to change or cancel an order, please call 800-282-8338 as soon as possible. Orders that are en route cannot be changed. If your order is scheduled for a future delivery date, please contact Castle to check on the order status and change or cancel the order.
Payment Methods
We accept MasterCard and Visa. We will also accept a prepaid check but that will slow down shipping time significantly until the check is cleared.
For COD orders please fax or call 800-282-8338. We cannot accept COD orders on machinery or on orders outside of the US.
There is a $20.00 minimum order requirement.
Out of Stock and Backordered Items
Items showing out of stock on the website may be backordered anywhere from 1 day for assembly ("C-parts" ) up to 4 weeks for machinery. Please call 800-282-8338 if you have questions on a specific item.
Shipping
Select from one of these shipping preferences upon checkout:

Machinery and bulky items such as Open Back Conversion Kits are shipped via LTL Freight carriers.
Shipping costs for orders depend upon the method and option you choose. Shipping charges shown are only an estimate (though usually accurate) and may vary depending upon several factors (Dimensional Weight for bulky items, etc). In some cases, it is not possible to accurately confirm shipping & handling charges before packing and/or shipping your order as there may also be costs incurred after shipment for address corrections or other incorrect/invalid information provided by the customer; redirected deliveries; and the like. The customer is responsible for all freight-related costs and we reserve the right to charge the customer all such shipping & handling charges.
UPS Tracking Numbers will be emailed to you via UPS Quantum View when your package ships.
Tax will be applied to orders shipped within California. Machinery shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will incur a $50.00 Transportation Fee.
In Case Of Damage or Shortage
Carefully inspect the packaging of your shipment before you accept receipt. If you receive a shipment with visible exterior damage, you must note it on the delivery receipt (if a truck shipment), or report it to the UPS driver before signing for it. Please call Castle promptly for further assistance. Do not discard the packaging of any damaged or short shipment.
If there is damage that was not visible from the outside of the box, or if the packing slip is incorrect, please call 1-800-282-8338 or e-mail us right away.
In no case, except where prohibited by law, will our liability exceed the value of the products shipped.
All shortages and damage must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
Returns If you need to return an item, please contact Castle for an RMA number (Return to Manufacturer Authorization) to ensure proper credit to your account prior to sending the item back. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please obtain an RMA number for the return the original item (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order. |
