The B00338 is a 3/8" solid carbide, three flute rough mill cutter. This bit is the best choice for all your Castle Pocket needs and comes standard in every pocket cutter. It works well in hard and soft woods, leaving a clean, splinter free pocket. It also works well when cutting MDF, melamine, laminates and other composite materials. This bit regularly lasts three to five times longer than other rough mills. The geometry of this bit is engineered specifically for use with our machines and will deliver superior performance and durability. (Formerly RM-38C)

WORKS GREAT IN ALL MATERIALS

The B00438 is an 8% Cobalt, high speed steel, four-flute 3/8" rough mill. It is for general use in solid woods. This bit replaces B00038 (RM-38)
