| C-Series Micro Gear-Pumps

The Coreless series of pulse-free micro gear pumps is ideally suited for low flow, low power consumption applications such as fuel cells and EFI for UAVs. They are quieter (than the R-series), fully reversible (by reversing polarity), and flow rate can be easily controlled with a simple DC power supply. They are available in 6, 12 and 24 VDC . Other voltages may be available on special order basis; inquire with Flight Works.

Build your pump
Follow the steps below to build your pump. If you cannot find a pump which meets your needs, or need help in configuring one, complete a Request For Quote (opens in a separate window):

Determine model # (rows 1-3 below): usually based on performance and other desired physical characteristics (such as size, weight, etc.). Select a pump model (which refers to a body/gear-set/motor combination) in the list above such that your operating conditions will be within the range outlined. Some pumps may be used for a limited time outside of the indicated range, but this may reduce the life and future performance of the pump. Voltage, if it is an option, is listed.

Gear and seal materials (rows 4-6 & 9): they depend on the fluid that you pump, whether it is corrosive and provides lubricity. We provide standard configurations which can also be customized to meet your specific needs:

For fluids which provide lubrication and which do not require corrosion resistance, such as kerosene, jet fuels (JP's), light oils, etc. Wetted materials should be steel alloy idle pin, stainless steel motor shaft and gears, hard anodized aluminum pump housing, Viton dynamic and static seals. For these, the P/N looks like: ____-___V-SS__YZ

For fluids which provide low or no lubricity or which require corrosion resistance, such as water, methanol, ethanol, etc. Wetted materials (refer to Product Data Sheets for specifics)should be stainless steel motor shaft, pins, and drive gear, PEEK plastic driven gear, hard anodized aluminum pump housing, BUNA-Nitrile (NBR) dynamic and static seal. For these, the P/N looks like: ____-___B-SP__XZ

Fittings (rows 7, 8): ports for 20 and 22 bodies (Row 1) are M3 x 0.5. Pumps come with:

Standard: Barb fittings with 1.5 mm I.D., typically used with 2.5 mm I.D. tubing (such as our 4 mm O.D. Polyurethane tubing or medium-size Tygon tubing)

Options: straight and elbow connections for Festo quick-disconnect push-in type fittings and Beswick fittings

Select other options: includes controller, etc.

Submit your request for quote: if you have determined the desired pump P/N (see below), simply enter it in the RFQ. Otherwise, or if you are not sure about what product to get, complete the RFQ.
