Shipping and Returns


DPS COMPATIBLE CARTRIDGES HAVE A THREE YEAR PRODUCT WARRANTY

DPS ® Compatible Printer Cartridges are manufactured using precisely matched new and reconditioned components. DPS warrants its compatible cartridges against defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from the manufacture date or two years from the invoiced ship date. In the event of product failure during the warranty period, the cartridge must be properly packaged and returned to DPS. All costs of sending a new replacement cartridge and the postage cost of returning the defective cartridge via the USPS will be paid by DPS.

Print quality related returns should be supported with enclosed print samples displaying the problem. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any damage caused to DPS ® Compatible Imaging Cartridges due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized tampering voids all warranties. DPS will not be liable under any circumstances for incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits.

NOTE: ALL BRAND NAME CARTRIDGES ARE COVERED BY THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY AND GUARANTEES.

SHIPPING POLICY:

DPS normally ships all orders placed before 1 pm PDT on the day your order is placed. All other orders are shipped the following day unless DPS Inventory Management advises a customer of a delayed shipment.

Please note: Since we immediately ship your order based upon a verbal Purchase Order or a written Purchase Order and credit approval. DPS cannot change or cancel your order if you do not call within ONE HOUR of the receipt of the initial verbal or written purchase order.

Shipping time is dependent upon the carrier and mode of transport selected. Most orders are shipped via Fed- Ex ground from our California warehouse. Some special orders are shipped from our East Coast affiliates.

Note: Other shipping services such as Priority Mail, Express Mail or Fed-Ex standard overnight can be chosen if the need for an imaging product is immediate. DPS does not ship on weekends or holidays.

DPS COMPANY POLICY

All DPS compatible cartridges are warranted for a period of three years from the date of manufacture or two years from the date of the invoice. In the event a DPS ® cartridge that does not function properly, please immediately call DPS Tech Support at 805-496-3423. Our Tech Specialists will help you to get the printer working again and determine if the cartridge is defective.

If the DPS ® cartridge is defective and fails anytime in the 3 year warranty period, our Customer Service Professionals will make arrangements to send a replacement cartridge (at DPS expense) along with a pre-paid RMA label for the return of the defective cartridge.

It is the responsibility of the customer to place the defective cartridge along with the RMA paperwork in a shipping box, attach the prepaid label and give it to a postman or drop it off at a post office. When the DPS ® defective cartridge is received by DPS, we will issue a full credit to your account. In the event a customer fails to return the defective cartridge within 21 days, the RMA will be voided and the customer will be invoiced for the full amount of the replacement cartridge.

Note: PREPAID RMA LABELS ARE FOR THE ITEMS LISTED ON THE RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION. IF A CUSTOMER RETURNS A NON- DPS SUPPLIED TONER CARTRIDGE, THERE WILL BE A CHARGE OF $25.00 PER CARTRIDGE FOR SHIPPING AND HANDLING. IF A CUSTOMER RETURNS A NON-DPS SUPPLIED INKJET CARTRIDGE, THERE WILL BE A $3.00 PER CARTRIDGE SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE. ALL CUSTOMERS SHOULD CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE OR VISIT: http://www.go-dps.com/productidentification TO HELP DETERMINE IF THE SUSPECTED CARTRIDGE IS IN FACT A DPS ® PRODUCT.

All products are shipped FOB the delivery address. Title passes after acceptance of delivery and inspection or 24 hours whichever is sooner.

  1. DPS invoice terms are Net 30 Days. After a five day grace period, interest will accrue at a rate of 1.5% per month. If a collection agency or an attorney is retained to collect on a debt, those fees along with accrued interest will be added to the debt. Satisfaction of the debt will be defined as payment of the debt including all accrued interest and all collection fees incurred.
  2. DPS supplied Imaging Products which are not defective are non-returnable unless a DPS Senior Management Officer approves the return and issues a Return Merchandise Authorization. All Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers who selected flat rate or free shipping will be charged a minimum of $9.50 for shipping plus restocking fees if any imaging products are returned to DPS.
  4. Refunds, when due, will be made by check or credit card for all RMA items returned within the prescribed period.
  5. Shipping fees and a 25% restocking charge will be added to cancellations that have been shipped.
  6. DPS will not be held responsible for damages caused by customer error or customers ordering the incorrect item.
