Within 15 days of receipt of your order, you may exchange or return any merchandise with the following conditions: Items must be in their original condition, with original packaging and accessories Music merchandise (tapes, CDs) must be unopened There is an $8.00 returns or exchange processing fee for items exchanged that are not damaged or defective (determination of damage or defect will be at our sole discretion). This includes shipping the replacement item back to you. For exchanges within the U.S., please allow 2-3 weeks for you to receive your new product. If an item is on back order, delivery may be delayed until the product is available. If an item is discontinued, you will be notified via email by our Customer Service Department. Naturally, we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from ozomatli.com.
How do I return an item? To submit a return - go to the "My Account" page and click on the order the item is in for return under Orders (See Orders.) There you will see a list of any activity you have had in the Ozomatli store. Click on the date of the order you wish to return, and scroll to the bottom of the page. You will see a button that says "Request a Return". Follow the instructions there and then mail your request, the item and a copy of your packing slip to our warehouse. The return info is all included on your original packing slip.
*We strongly suggest that you use UPS, Insured USPS Mail, or another traceable delivery method for your return shipment. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper.

My order arrived damaged We know it's disappointing when an item arrives damaged. If this happens, please contact our Customer Service team. A replacement item will be sent whenever possible; if not, a refund will be processed.
Returning a Gift? We will issue a gift certificate refund to you at the same address to which the order was shipped. (Don't worry; we won't let the gift-giver know about your return!) Please be sure to include either your packing slip or the e-mail address and name of the person who gave you the gift (for reference only). See the Return Policy for additional details. |
