What if I lose my gift card after I receive it?
 
Treat your Gift Card like cash. Neither the Card nor its value is replaceable or refundable if lost, stolen or used without permission. If Card is damaged, at the discretion of Cineplex, Card may not be replaceable or refundable. Issuance or receipt of Gift Cards constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions and they appear on the back of each Card.
