RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

To obtain a Return Authorization Sheet (RA) call 1-866-872-5722 or use our OneClick Customer Service link shown above
to submit your detailed request.

IMPORTANT!! If you decide you need to return something before it is delivered DO NOT refuse delivery when it arrives. Please receive the package and call or submit a request to OneSource to get a Return Authorization.

PLEASE NOTE: Returns, Credits and Exchanges are accepted only within 30 days of original delivery to store.


Returns, Credits and Exchanges will be accepted as follows:

RETURN FOR CREDIT: If you receive what you ordered but decide to return it for exchange or credit you are responsible for shipping charges to return items to the warehouse-



  1. Call or submit a request ticket to OneSource for a Return Authorization. We will fax you a sheet showing your name, the items to be returned, and the return-to address.
  2. If possible, package your return in the original shipping bag using secure packing tape. Include the Return Authorization Sheet. Clothing Returns must be in new, unused, unwashed condition.
  3. Send your CLOTHING returns via insured carrier (preferably UPS / FedEx Ground or Postal Service) to:

  4. Keep your Return Authorization Number (not the Sheet), as a record of your shipment and any tracking information until your credit is processed.
  5. If you wish to receive a replacement item please simply go online and place a new order for your desired items.
RETURNS DUE TO DAMAGE, DEFECT OR PACKING ERROR: If you receive your order and there is a packing error or a defect or damage to the items-


  1. Call or submit a request to OneSource for a Return Authorization. We will fax you a sheet showing your name and the items to be returned.
  2. If possible, package your return in the original shipping bag using secure packing tape. Include the Return Authorization Sheet. Clothing Exchanges due to packing error must be in new, unused, unwashed condition.
  3. OneSource will issue a UPS or FedEx Call Tag and they will come by and pick up your return.
  4. Keep your Return Authorization Number (not the Sheet) until you receive your exchange. Refer to this Number when calling for information.
