Our Delivery Policy
Addicted to Craft makes it easy. We offer our valued customers multiple shipping options for delivery within Australia as well as International shipping options for those across the globe.
So how does it work? In stock items are generally processed within 1 business day if ordered before 11am. This can vary for large release times of the year.
Delivery Charges within Australia
Delivery charges are calculated by utilising the value of the order. The current rate is 3% of the product order total with a minimum charge of $12.00 plus GST.
The charge can vary depending on the weight of the total package including the box, the requested delivery speed and the distance of travel. Orders that include either albums or oversized/overweight items will attract a higher freight charge. Delivery fees are not calculated based on the quantity of the items in the order.
We offer the choice of Australia Post or TNT Express and reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
*** Please Note: Australia Post does not offer tracking or delivery confirmation services for Regular Parcels, we cannot not be responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please contact us if your package does not arrive within 14 days. If you are concerned about this we recommend you utilise postal insurance (Registered Post) to protect their order in transit.

Delivery Charges International
Delivery charges are calculated based on the weight of the total package including the box, the requested shipping speed and the distance of travel.The shopping cart indicates an Estimate only. The International freight charge will be advised prior to invoice and delivery.
*** PLEASE NOTE: International order are not subject to 10% GST.
Backorders/Out of Stock Items
It is the standard policy of Addicted to Craft to accept backorders for items. We receive regular shipments from manufacturers and will place specific orders for retailers. When the product item is received we will contact you to ensure you wish to still receive the product ordered. If you need any assistance or have questions regarding an order, please contact us.
