Shipping and Ordering Information
Your order will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Domestic Orders
All items on domestic orders shipped via Standard Shipping and Handling are sent via either UPS Ground or USPS. If you desire to have your order expedited, you will be able to select from a list of possible UPS shipping options. Be sure to allow 1 to 2 business days for internal processing on all orders. If you do not wish to have your expedited order shipped via UPS, you will need to call the number below to place your order by phone.
International Orders
When shipping to a destination outside of the US, all items are shipped USPS International.
Shipping Confirmation
Customers whose orders ship via UPS will receive an email confirming that their order has been shipped. The email will be sent to the email address listed under “Shipping Information.” You can use the link at the bottom of the email to track the delivery of your order. Please be advised that large orders may require multiple boxes. Note: There may be a delay between when you receive the confirmation email and when your tracking number is actually processed by UPS. If your tracking number is not in UPS’s system immediately upon receipt of the email, please try again later.
Charges
Shipping and handling charges are automatically calculated by our online store system for domestic orders. You will be notified of the exact amount during the checkout process and on your order confirmation email. The following method is used to calculate shipping and handling charges for domestic orders (Standard Shipping & Handling only). If you choose to have your order expedited, your Shipping and Handling charges are automatically calculated in “real-time” using UPS rates plus handling .

Sales Tax
In compliance with North Carolina law, all orders shipped to a North Carolina address will be charged a sales tax of 6.75% calculated on the total of the product and shipping charges.
Returns
You may return kits within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges). The 30 day return policy does not apply to the purchase of any other materials. Returns for other materials will be accepted only if they are damaged or defective upon receipt.
Price Changes
It may be necessary to change the prices printed on this web site to reflect increases by the publishers. If there is a change, we’ll be sure to let you know before processing your order.
Backorder/Out of Stock
We apologize if an item is temporarily out of stock. If you would like to order an item that is out of stock please call or send us an email to info@churchinitiative.org. The only time you will be asked for personal information is during checkout. Church Initiative uses 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption. During the Checkout process, you will be sent to a secure site and any information that is transmitted to us via this site is encrypted so that no one can read it as it travels across the internet. Additionally, your credit card number undergoes a secondary encryption before it is stored in our database.
