Return Policy Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any of the products you have purchased at vitamedica.com, you may return the unused portion of a product for a full refund less shipping.
To qualify you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA #) and return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for credit without a Return Authorization. Products are refundable within the first 30 days from the date of purchase, excluding the shipping charge unless noted specifically on the individual product page.
Return Procedure Please include the products along with a copy of your order invoice and Return Authorization Number. We cannot accept returns of products that are empty. Please insure returns to assure that they successfully arrive back to us.
Returns that do not meet the above criteria will not qualify for a refund. Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items. If you have any questions or concerns or are unclear as to whether or not you qualify for a refund, contact VitaMedica Customer Service at 888-367-8605, Monday through Friday, 8AM – 5PM, Pacific Standard Time. Please follow the instructions below carefully before returning items.
A $3.95 fee will be applied for any shipment sent back to us marked "refused" or "return to sender".

Returns will be processed within five business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
