  • Lost or Stolen cards will not be replaced or refunded.

  • Cards that show abuse will not be replaced or refunded.

  • Cards only work in single-head parking meters.

  • Cards do not work in multi-bay meters or PPA garages.

  • Call PPA SmartCard Support Center at 215-222-9100.
