How does the Half Price Deal program work?

We are partnering with area businesses to give you a terrific chance to try a new or favorite restaurant or visit a merchant for half price. Each week an area business will be featured and you will have the opportunity to purchase, for example, a $50 discount certificate for just $25 (plus shipping and handling) through the Half Price Deals website. Your certificates are mailed directly to you.

Why is there a shipping and handling fee?

The shipping and handling fee covers the cost of processing your order including postage, credit card fees, and fulfillment.

Is buying online through Half Price Deals safe?

The Half Price Deals website uses secure socket layer (SSL) encryption technology to secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site.

How long will it take to get the certificates?

The certificates are sent by First Class Mail or UPS and should arrive with 4 to 7 days. We also offer expedited shipping if you prefer to receive your order more quickly.

What if I do not receive my certificate?

Please wait seven (7) days and then contact Entercom directly by email at MyPerks@Entercom.com.

Can I use the certificates immediately?

Certificates can be used as soon as they are received.

What do I do with the e-mail confirmation?

Save the confirmation for your records. You should receive one confirmation for each order.

Can I purchase certificates every week?

Yes, you can purchase one or more certificates for each restaurant or merchant each week. Limits are clearly listed on the website.

When can I purchase the certificate?

A new online sale opens each week (Monday through Friday) and will stay open until all of the certificates are sold.

What credit cards are supported? Can I use PayPal?

Only MasterCard® and Visa® are currently accepted. PayPal is not accepted at this time.

Can we redeem the certificates for cash?

The certificates are not redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated on the website.

Can we use the certificates for alcohol?

Generally the certificates may not be used for alcohol. Please review this website or check with the restaurant.

If I don't use full amount of the certificate, will I get cash back?

In most cases, restaurants or merchants will not give cash back. Please review this website or check with the restaurant.

Can we use more than one certificate per table or purchase?

Generally there is a limit of one certificate per table or purchase. Please review this website or check with the merchant for specific details

Can a certificate be used for multiple visits to the restaurant / merchant?

It is up to the restaurant or merchant, but generally a certificate can only be used for one visit. Please review this website for details.

What happens if the merchant closes?

Neither Entercom nor the station is responsible for closed establishments. There are no refunds. Please review the Terms and Conditions for full details.
