| The Handspring Trainer is designed to help a coach teach their athletes handsprings quicker. It can be used to spot front and back handsprings and walkovers. A coach no longer has to physically spot handsprings and can focus entirely on the tumblers form. |

| The Cheer Vest was designed to help ease the impact from repeated stunting. It is a light weight vest meant to protect the athelete from bruising and soreness. The best uses for the vest are when a cheerleader is learning a new stunt, doubling down, or is repeatedly practicing stunts. |

The Maeflyer is a core strengthening device designed to help develop and improve leg strength and ankle dexterity. With safety in mind, the Maeflyer is designed to be used one leg at a time. This allows not only for users to safely step off of the device, but also to train each leg individually to ensure balanced muscle development. The ankle dexterity and control that is gained by using the Maeflyer is beneficial to any athlete.
To use the Maeflyer, simply step up onto the board by placing one foot in the center leaving the other foot free in the air. The goal is to maintain control of the board while not letting the sides of the board touch the ground. Cheerleaders who attain control of the board can then begin to practice stunts such as the scorpion, liberty, arabesque, or heel stretch while on the board.

Stunt Straps are designed to help a cheerleader safely stretch leg muscles to attain optimal positioning for stunts such as the scorpion, scale and heel stretch.
To pull a heel stretch, place one of the loops from the end of the strap over the foot. Grasp the opposite end of the strap and pull up across the chest until you have comfortably stretched the leg into position.
To pull a scorpion, place one of the loops from the end of the strap over the foot. Position the leg behind the body and pull the strap hand over hand until the leg is extended as far as is comfortable. Then grasp the strap with both hands and pull straight up extending the arms above head. (With repeated stretching, you should be able to eventually pull the strap forward with your arms remaining straight). Watch the Video |
