RUBBER SEAL™ BT SOLVENT BASE is an upgrade over traditional damp-proofing products. It is designed and recommended for use as the membrane component in an exterior wall waterproofing system. RUBBER SEAL™ BT SOLVENT BASE forms a tough, durable membrane which bridges shrinkage cracks and maintains its superior performance properties when exposed to chemicals found in the soil. RUBBER SEAL™ BT SOLVENT BASE can be applied as soon as the forms have been removed and/or the mortar is dry; consequently, construction delays, application time, and labour costs are minimized. RUBBER SEAL™ BT SOLVENT BASE is compatible with a wide range of insulation, protection and drainage boards, and provides durable, long term waterproofing protection.
