Additionally, it provides you with the option to dock your Motorola L7 SLVR into the cradle for added functionality. It’s been optimized specifically for operation with the L7 SLVR and will only pair and connect with Motorola L7 SLVR phones with Mercedes-Benz approved software versions. Once connected via Bluetooth, your L7 SLVR phonebook is automatically downloaded. Calls are clearly delivered through your audio system and the audio system automatically mutes the radio or pauses the CD during calls. You can control calls via your multifunction steering wheel controls or via the head unit. Additional benefits are available only when docked: the phone's battery charges automatically and call quality may be improved with the use of the vehicle's integrated external antenna.
