• Calyx® Point® version 5.3 or later (optional)
• Microsoft Office (Excel) 2000 or 2003 for pipeline/leads export and reports
• Microsoft Office (Outlook) 2000 or 2003 for email functionality
• Microsoft SQL 2000/2005/Express
• Microsoft SQL 2000 or 2005 Server is highly recommended if there are more than 20 users

• 2 GHz or faster processor (for better performance, a Pentium®-class processor is highly recommended)
• Minimum of 10 GB of hard-disk storage space
• 512 MB RAM or higher
• 1024 x 768 or higher monitor resolution (256 colors minimum)
• Ethernet card (Network Interface Card)

PushMX Production (Communications Website System Requirements)

Software

• To host Communications web pages, you need to have:
  • Microsoft® IIS 6.0 or later
  • Microsoft® IE 6.0 or later
  • Microsoft® MDAC 2.8 or later

Note: To better protect your PushMX Production database and system, it is highly recommended that you host the web server in a separate machine.

Limitation

PushMX Production Communications ASP web pages do not support the Firefox web browser.

What do I need before installing PushMX Production?

Before installing PushMX Production Client Access™, please ensure that the following items are in order:

1. Organize your Point files
2. Have all the user account information ready. Make sure the names are spelled exactly as in the Calyx Point files.
3. Review your 'active' Point files to ensure that the following 'Tracking Dates' are filled in correctly:
   • Est Closed
   • Opened
   • Submitted
   • Approved
   • Documents
   • Funded
   • Closed
   • Suspended
   • Denied
   • Cancelled
4. Review the following System Requirements:

   • System Requirements for PushMX Production Client Access™
   • Client System Requirements for Single-User PushMX Production Client Access™
5. Log into Windows as an Administrator
6. If you would like to install PushMX Production Client Access™ Server in MS SQL Server 2000 or 2005, please have the following information ready:
   • IP Address of the machine
   • Instance Name of the MS SQL Server (not needed if Microsoft SQL Server was installed as a default instance)
   • MS SQL Administrator
   • User Name MS SQL
   • Administrator Password

How do I organize Calyx Point files in my system?

Before installing PushMX Production Client Access™ Server, create the following four folders where you keep your active Point files. You may create sub-folders within each of the four main folders to further organize your files. While it is recommended that you use the folder names supplied below, you may choose your own if you prefer.

• In Progress: Please place all your Calyx Point files that are currently in progress into a folder labeled ‘In Progress.’ Note that denied and suspended loans should be stored here as well. This ‘In Progress’ folder and any sub-folders you create will be constantly scanned by PushMX Production to update the status of your pipeline.
• Closed: Please place all your Calyx Point files which have been closed into a folder labeled ‘Closed.’
• Inactive: Please place all your Calyx Point files which have been cancelled into a folder labeled ‘Inactive.’
• Prospects: Please place all your Calyx Point Prospect files into a folder labeled ‘Prospects.’
