Standard Shipping - US & Canada Only
Orders to our US customers are shipped UPS Ground and are usually delivered within 3-5 business days from the order's ship date. Orders to Canada are shipped US Mail and are usually delivered within 4-7 business days from
the order’s ship date.

2nd Business Day – US Only
Orders shipped via 2nd Day Service are delivered within 2 business days from the order's ship date.

Next Business Day – US Only
Orders shipped via Next Day Service are delivered within 1 business day from the order's ship date.

International Overseas Shipping
Overseas orders and orders to Mexico may be shipped via UPS or via US Mail order and are usually delivered within 4-8 business days from the order’s ship date.

Shipments to APO/FPO and PO Box addresses
Orders being sent to PO Boxes or Military APO / FPO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service and cannot be shipped via 2nd Day or Next Day Priority service.

Shipping & Handling Charges
All ParentMagic orders are processed and shipped the next business day.
Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday and major holidays will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Returns & Exchanges
Your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Every product sold by ParentMagic is unconditionally guaranteed. If any item does not meet your expectations, for whatever reason, return it to ParentMagic, Inc within 30 days of the delivery date for an exchange or full refund of the purchase price. Please follow the instructions on the invoice enclosed with your order to complete your return or exchange. We're sorry, but shipping fees are not refundable.

Volume discounts are available on all of our books, videos and DVDs! SAVE $2.00 per book when you order 20 or more. SAVE $10.00 per video or DVD when you order 20 or more. Your savings will be calculated at check out.

Tax Exempt Customers

Illinois Tax Exempt Customers
Illinois tax exempt customers please complete your online Customer Registration then contact us at taxexempt@parentmagic.com to request tax exempt status. You will be notified as soon as your account has been updated and then you can complete your order. You only need to do this once as all subsequent orders will reflect your tax exempt status.

Tax Exempt Customers Out-Side of Illinois
No sales tax will be charged. Only Illinois orders are taxed.

DVD Format
The 1-2-3 Magic, More 1-2-3 Magic and Surviving Your Adolescents programs are now available on DVD. All of our DVDs are REGION ALL which means the discs are uncoded and can be played worldwide.

Closed Captioning (CC)
All of the videos (VHS) and DVDs sold by ParentMagic (except the Spanish editions) include closed captioning.
