Tina's web store is built on NetSuite's infrastructure (http://www.netsuite.com) which is owned and operated by Oracle using the latest security systems and is always updated to each potential Internet threat on their Mainframe system. As most of Tina's competition has their web stores on little Windows based PCs, Tina's has chosen to use Mainframe and heavily secured Oracle systems technology from Netsuite - you and Tina can sleep at night knowing that a professional team is looking after the systems.
Tina's will not sell, rent or share information about you or your order to any company or individual. Any correspondence you submit to Tina's will be kept anonymous, unless you request otherwise.
SHIPPING
Tina will ship / mail as discreetly as possible. Only our return address will be on the box. Tina's name will not appear anywhere. Shipping costs will be added to the price of the product(s) in the shopping cart, which is based on size, weight, and method. If you have any concerns, please contact us at Tina@Tinas.ca.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we accept no returns or refunds. Most products include a manufacturer’s warranty. Tina offers “PIECE OF MIND” we will put batteries in and test the electronic product before it leaves the store. |
