Can I change the laptop time to match the time zone I'm in?

You can protect yourself against LDD activation if instead of changing the time on your computer, you change the time zone. In other words, if you have traveled from San Francisco to Denver and want your computer to reflect the new time, change the time zone from Pacific to Mountain. This can be done from the Time Zone tab of the Date and Time icon within the Control Panel.
