SHIPPING
We use FEDEX as our official carrier; Our shipping charges are currently FedEx fees based in weight and distance.
All orders placed before 11:00 a.m. (EST) will be processed that same day. If your order is placed after 11:00 a.m. (EST), please allow 24 hours for processing.
During warm weather months (May through October) we ship using insulated boxes and ice packs and we guarantee that your chocolates will arrive in pristine condition.
Since temperatures vary across the country we may elect not to ship any package over a weekend to guarantee its arrival in premium condition. Therefore, we cannot guarantee Monday deliveries on any order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
