What is your Guarantee policy? Our products come with a 15 year warranty that covers any defects in materials and workmanship. What is your return policy? Defective merchandise may be returned to Mayne and a replacement will be provided at no additional charge. Photo verification may be required. Product returns at the customers request are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus freight. To return a product:
- Call customer service at 1-888-363-8834 who will issue a return authorization number.
- Ship the product to Mayne Inc, 2290 West Main St, Alliance, Ohio, 44601. Mark “Return to Mayne” on each box.
- Upon receipt of the product, we will issue a refund less the 25% restocking fee.
How long will it take for you to ship my product? We are usually able to ship product within 3 to 5 business day. When can I expect my product? Once the product has shipped,UPS transit times vary between 5-10 business days. Will you provide me with a tracking number? Tracking numbers will be provided upon request. Is your online ordering system secure? We use the most current technology to guarantee that your order will be processed as securely as possible. What if my product arrives damaged? If your product arrives seriously damaged, please refuse shipment from UPS and call our customer service department. We will immediately ship another package out to you. If you sign for your product and find damaged or missing components, we will replace them immediately; free of charge. Photo verification may be required. How difficult will my product be to assemble? Assembly time depends on the mail post and the person assembling. All mail posts come with detailed instructions and technical support to help assemble. I only received one box, and it was labeled “Box 1 of 2”.What should I do? Although UPS usually keeps the packages together, occasionally the boxes will get separated. Most of the time the box will be delivered the next day. Tracking numbers for additional boxes may be provided by request by contacting our customer service department. How heavy will the boxes be? The boxes vary in weight between 5 and 15lbs. In our experiences with UPS, the driver is usually very helpful in placing the boxes where you want them. |
