Our 30-Day, Unconditional Money-Back Guarantee means that if for any reason (or no reason) you’re not absolutely delighted with your purchase from us, you may return the product in its original condition and receive a prompt and courteous full-refund (less a 25% restocking fee), no questions asked. Orders canceled while shipment is in transit will be subject to shipping charges.

We believe that people who make an investment in one of our mail posts, address signs, or planters should get a guarantee that our products will perform as promised. We also feel that whenever possible, we should go above and beyond to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you’re not happy, we’re not happy, and we will do whatever it takes, within reason, to ensure your satisfaction.


Mayne Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Policy

If you are dissatisfied with any product, please email or call our Customer Service Department at 1-888-363-8834 within 30 days of the shipment date to receive authorization (RMA) and return instructions.

Unopened boxes can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. All items returned must be in original packaging and in resalable condition. Products must be sealed, unopened, and in original packaging and have the RMA number on the original invoice. Products must be shipped back to Mayne at the customers' expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned products. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.


Re-Stocking Fees

There is a 25% restocking fee for returned items.


Shipping Fees

If your original purchase qualified for Free Shipping and you choose to return any part or all of the order, you will be responsible to ship the product back to us at your expense.

All approved returns must have the RMA number on the original invoice that you obtained from our customer service department.

Mayne Privacy Policy

For each visitor to our web site, our web server does not recognizes any information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We keep no personal financial information. The information used during your order is temporarily stored in a cookie on your own computer. This allows you to go back to a page you previously filled out, without having to fill it in again. After the order is complete, the cookie is deleted.
