Jason Pait, the Brother of Troy Pait and Son of Sarah and Bill Brown passed away unexpectedly on February 12th, 2007. Jason was only 38.
Jason was a 5% owner of Touch-Up Solutions because of his commitment early on in the company.
When Jason passed away, Sarah, Bill, & Troy started a Memorial Fund on his behalf. Instead of flowers we had asked for any amount to be given to his Memorial Fund.
Since starting this fund we have been able to put thousands of dollars into this account to help and assist many people and charities.
Key areas that we assist and feel very strong about helping are:
- Alcohol & Drug addiction
- Shelter & Food
- Medical & Clothing
Sarah, Bill, & Troy know that helping people or charities is away of keeping his memory alive.

** As of June 30th, 2009 - Troy & Cristy Pait are raising money for the Dale Junior Foundation. They are matching dollars up to $ 1088.00. Reason behind this is that Dale Junior himself is matching donated funds to go to his charities.
