Does your markers have color bands?
Most all of our markers have color bands. Please keep in mind that these are printed by a press and are only used to give reference of color.
Do you have Mohawk colors matched?
YES - But we only offer that we have matched the reference of color and not the exact color. If you are looking for alternative to the ProMark II, please try our Series II. These are stocked with color bands.
My felt marker is dried out!
Take the tip of your nib and place in in solvent. Dry it off with cloth. Try on test panel to see if it flows out. If it does not, then all the solvents that make up the marker have evaporated.
If the marker is brand new, please contact us with the TSQ # that is on the label by the code number. It is possible that our filling machine could have missed one. We will replace free of charge after receiving it in the mail. Our lab technician will evaluate the marker to determine the cause and Customer Service will get back to you.
How come white is not available in a felt marker?
White is pigment and is not available in a dye. A felt maker uses a sponge to soak up the ink and is very thin which allows it to flow through the small nib.
Any colors that have a tint of white will be placed in a valve action marker that has a ball inside. This allows you to agitate your product.
