Delivery speed is up to UPS Ground, usually in 2-3 business days. During the holidays, 2-5 days is expected. No guarantees can be given. You will receive package tracking information and a scheduled delivery date. This will be delivered to the email address you supplied during the ordering process.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Our shipping costs include the standard UPS rates based on total size and weight plus an in-store handling fee. A few items that are especialy heavy or oversized may have an additional charge of a few dollars (call for details).

Do you accept backorders?

Many of our items are one of a kind, and are not available for reproduction. Can I insure my order?

Insurance is included in the handling cost for items up to $500 in value. For items valued above $500, please contact us directly for shipping arrangements. Can I cancel my order?

An order cannot be canceled once it has left the store and is en-route for delivery. Can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased online, you may return it undamaged and receive credit on your credit card. Customer is responsible for safely shipping the item back to Black Belt Treasures. Do I have to pay sales tax?

Online orders do not require sales tax. However, on all orders placed by phone we are required by law to charge state and local taxes, which total 9%.

What are my payment options?

We accept payment by MasterCard, VISA, or PayPal.

How does the artist benefit from my purchase?

70% of the sales price goes directly to the artist, while 30% is retained by Black Belt Treasures to cover our operating expenses and fund our art education events.

I am an artist and would like to sell my work through Black Belt Treasures.

In order for your artwork to be sold by Black Belt Treasures it must first be evaluated by our staff and the artisan must live in one of the following counties: Bullock, Butler, Choctaw, Clarke, Conecuh, Dallas, Greene, Hale, Lowndes, Macon, Marengo, Monroe, Montgomery, Perry, Pickens, Sumter, Washington, and Wilcox.
