These pieces have earth toned colors, deep greens, tans and browns. All of them begin as coiled pots and then are smoothed out. The artist then adds features and texturing to the faces such as a goatee or beard. Many of them have an Egyptian style. The mountain men are Rosy Floyd’s signature style vases.
