In order to deliver high quality products at
revolutionary prices, Redrock uses a build-to-order process. When we receive your payment, your order
enters our production process and is assembled and packed. When it's ready, we ship it to you and
automatically notify you via email, along with a shipment tracking number.
Typically, our lead times are very short. We are constantly working to
reduce this time to get your order to you as fast as possible. However, our lead times vary depending on
such things as product availability, demand, shipping delays, even global events.
In some circumstances, the lead time may be significantly longer than
our typical lead time, such as products that are in high demand or products for which we are taking
advanced orders.
