Price: one of our most important product design features
We always start out new product design by targeting a price point we think our customers can afford, and without sacrificing the quality and durability needed for the rigors of day-to-day production.
Direct to customer
Our primary method of sales is direct from us to you our customer. Bypassing the high costs of distributors and resellers
allows us to pass on these savings to you in the form of lower prices. We also recognize that some customers prefer to see, touch, and hold our equipment prior to purchase. As a result we work with a select number of qualified resellers who represent Redrock worldwide.
Build to order
All products are product on a build-to-order process. You place your order and pay in advance, and we put your order into the production process and ship it to you when it is ready. This process allows us to minimize inventory costs, and helps us to provide the low prices to you without sacrificing quality.
Community support (develop and refine products, support each other)
We work with the online filmmaking community in ways that benefit you and us. First, we maintain active presence on community sites and our own forum. We offer suggestions and guidance on the purchase and use of our products, and also receive feedback on suggested product improvements or new products. Perhaps more importantly, we want to foster a community of customers who are active in helping each other by posting to forums, answering each other's questions, and offering their own experience and perspectives. Not only does this enrich everyone's filmmaking experience, but also enables us to minimize our support costs, which again come back to you in the form of lower prices.
