PRO EM•1^® contains a minimum of 1 million colony forming units per ml (cc) of the following microorganisms:  

• Lactobacillus plantarum

Suggested Dose: As a dietary supplement to promote healthy intestinal flora for a healthy individual.

•  Take three teaspoons daily with our without meals, for palatability, mix juice or water.
•  Individuals with ulcers should take small amounts, such as drops, as product has a low pH of 3.5.
•  Add PRO EM•1^® to a glass of water or juice especially if you have ulcers or gout.
•  Individuals with dietary disorders should start with one to two drops a day until tolerance builds, usually within 10-14 days.
