OLAVIE.com ships to the contiguous 48 U.S. states and Alaska and Hawaii only at this time. Shipping to other international destinations and U.S territories (such as Puerto Rico and Guam) is unavailable at this time. Also OLAVIE.com does not ship to APO/AP addresses.
For U.S. orders and shipping with OLAVIE.com, you must have both a shipping address and credit card billing address within the United States. In addition, the issuing bank must be based in the United States.
Shipping Costs and Delivery Schedule
OLAVIE.com offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders $75 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $75, there is a delivery charge of $5.95 for UPS Ground and $5.95 for USPS Priority Mail. Our standard shipping options are UPS Ground and USPS Priority mail.

Returns
We guarantee satisfaction with our products. If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at herbwalkus@yahoo.com and we will let you know how to return the products. We'll issue you a full refund to your credit card for the price of any item that you return if your return is received within 60 days of the PURCHASE date. After the 60 days have passed, you will no longer be able to refund any items. We regret that we are unable to refund original shipping costs.
It takes up to 30 business days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer Service.
